The Weather
I understand, that it's Boston and New England, but Mother Nature really needs to give us a Break. Yesterday with the Cold Rain, Sleet and sometimes Snow thrown in it felt like Mid-January rather than Mid-April. I will be anxious to see what happens with the Boston Marathon on Monday, I heard on the news that the only time they have EVER cancelled it was During one of the World Wars in the Early 1900's.
Someone yesterday did point out though that we should be lucky that all we have to deal with is Snow and Rain here in the New England Area, while other parts of the country have deal with Hurricanes, and Tornado's which can be much Deadlier than a Snow and Rain Storm.
But at some point it just needs to end and the weather needs to get nicer, Baseball Season has started and it looks like the Sox will lose out on 2 home games this weekend, with Thursday's being Rained/Snowed out and Monday's Game as well because they play at 10:00AM on Patriot's Day (Yes, that's a 7AMPST First Pitch for all you West Coast Bloggers) The LA Angels are in town.
Anywoo, Enough talking about this, on the bright side it is Mid-April which translate's into less than a Month of Classes then the official Summer begins!
